Action Items:

If you have Woo as your dominant talent, you may consider these action items:

  • Deliberately build your network of acquaintances. Tend to it by checking in with each person at least once a month.

  • Join local organizations, volunteer for boaards, and find ways to get on the social lists of the influential people in your community.

  • Learn the names of as many people as you can.

  • Stay in touch with your peers in professional organizations.

  • Practice ways to char and engage others.

  • Partner with someone with a strong Relator or Empathy theme. This person can solidify the relationships that you begin.

Note that these action items only serve as guide.
