If you have Strategic as your dominant talent, you may consider these action items:
Schedule daily quiet time devoted to consideration of your current goals and strategies.
Trust your insights as much as possible.
Find a group that you think does important work and contribute your Strategic thinking. You can be a leader with your ideas.
As you seek to achieve leadership goals, always have your followers in mind.
Learn how to describe what you see "down the road". You will need to be very persuasive if you are to help them avoid future obstacles or exploit the opportunities you have seen.
