"I hate a thoughtless approach to anything."

Action Items:
If you have Intellection as your dominant talent, you may consider these action items:
Set aside few minutes everyday just to collect your thoughts.
Always take time to consider big projects before the action begins. Your timely insights will allow the project to move forward intelligently and without backtracking.
Identify peers with whom you can have intellectual conversations on a frequent basis.
List your ideas in a log or a diary.
Take time to write. Writing might be the best way to crystalize and integrate your thoughts.
Explain to others why you need time for introspection.
Deliberately build relationships with people you consider to be "big thinkers".
Allow others time to think through your new idea after presenting it.
